ICE does not have the legal authority to do this (not that *anyone* does...). Period. These are illegal arrests. What recourse are you leaving the citizenry with if you refuse to stop this? They really are attempting to provoke a civil war and ICE doesn't realize they're meant to be speed bumps...
This is just insane. It’s only a matter of time before DHS kills another innocent person here.

Perhaps the ultimate deal should be that after any "reforms" are *permanently* codified, ICE funding would be appropriated from now on a *biweekly* (or at most monthly) basis so that Congress will hold a fiscal Sword of Damocles over the agency ....
