Thanks to your donations we were able to create a bottle bug hotel in our playground! Mr Millar safely fixed it to our fence and we spent Forest Thursday filling it with natural materials that the bugs might like! We then enjoyed some risky play; building our confidence, patience and resilience!💛

We spent our afternoon finding out about Black History month- we discussed what it means to be a powerful person before researching the life of Martin Luther King jr. We then looked at images from the Notting Hill Carnival and designed our own fabulous costumes! 🎭

Well done Primary 3. “Amazing Grace” tells the story of change — from discrimination to understanding. It reminds us that everyone has the right to be treated with fairness, dignity and respect(article 2 and article 30).

Today we explored the meaning of ‘discrimination’ & listened to the story Amazing Grace. After discussing the story, we all agreed that we are all unique & can achieve our dreams if we persevere & are resilient!
