Earlier this month, I got the opportunity to participate in Advocacy Day on Capitol Hill. It was an interesting experience. I felt the history, and seeing the Capitol in my rear view mirror was cool…but the whole area felt…off…desecrated almost.

Every time I see something new--judges arrested, young kids now being deported...it's too much. Living in a deeply red area surrounded by people that voted for this and are all gung ho about it while dealing with the pain and repercussions... (3/4)

I am weirdly private for being on social media. I post, but not a great deal about myself. Recent events have made me want to change this.
