I think this is important. The question for me is “what do we need trust for?” We often then of it as “what does someone need to do to earn my trust?” but what about the opposite frame: what will I do because I trust this person?

Question: are invite codes tied to the inviter? Such that if one person keeps inviting users who immediately get shut down for platform manipulation, etc. you have a record that shows you Jimmy has invited ten actual Nazis, and maybe we should keep an eye on him?

I'm with you on the fact that traditional banking doesn't serve marginalized communities very well.
But you can't solve that problem with a technical solution. If you want to fight racism in banking, then fight racism in banking.
