Of the newly-added country, Nigeria faces the largest impact, with tens of thousands of visas issued every year to Nigerians.

Pessimistic but no plans to rollover or give up complete hope. In it for the fight until I can’t.
We're just now dealing with the ramifications of social media being utilized to dismantle democracy and set up a surveillance state. I have no idea how these new powerful generative AI video models will help destroy reality and thus society. I'm so pessimistic about all of this.

Incredible. They once again wrote a brief that simply pretends that Lynch v. Clarke, the first major case on birthright citizenship, just simply does not exist. It gets not a single mention or acknowledgment.
Trump's petition asking the Supreme Court to let him officially redefine (read: rescind) birthright citizenship is now available and

I wish I did not have to worry about the Supreme Court taking seriously such obviously, egregiously unserious & racist bullshit

The greatest propaganda coup of modern history is U.S. making the Nazis the universal symbol of pure evil, detached from any political ideology, that we “defeated.”
Gotta wonder if Nazis became shorthand for evil because they were such a symbol of evil, or because they were such a symbol of evil *and lost*
