Why is it that despite all of these being toggled to “show”, I still have Bluesky hiding images from me? I’m an adult, I followed adult creators on purpose.

The Adult Content section of the Bluesky settings page. The enable adult content setting is toggled to true, and every setting below it is set to “show” for all adult media types.
