Tom Storr #TheExperimentationGroup is preaching the #LiveOps good word; why it's important to fix the FTUE (D1 retention) if you want LiveOps that pay... If you can't shift engagement you won't get revenue. Align rewards with the behaviour you want to encourage/satisfys players.
