i know i'm like a broken record talking about the democrats but i have repeatedly watched them squash any real hope for change we've had in my lifetime. they are controlled opposition, a wet blanket to be thrown over a revolution to smother any hope of real change. their only goal is the status quo.

i've always resented when big performances of electronic music tracks replay the parts with live instruments that totally lose the feel of the song, all in an effort to appear more legitimate or something. e.g. drum & bass is great and it doesn't need to be played by a live drummer to be real music.

I don’t think they’re misreading them so much as they are terrified of the implications because it means the status quo has to break. there’s no incrementalism for this. mass radicalization of this scale scares Democrats more than anything Republicans could do and I mean that literally.
Kind of feel like a lot of politicians, even in Minnesota, are misreading the implications of this moment. I feel like the past three days have been tremendously radicalizing for so many people. I have witnessed it even in my own small communities, it goes beyond just incandescent rage.
