Sea level projections for The Battery NYC for 2020-2080 range from 0.5 foot to 4 feet.

Could San Diego stop installing these door-zone bike lanes already. Today I was riding my e-bike just outside of the bike lane to stay out of the door zone. So a psycho driving a car rode my @ss and honked most of the block from Meade to ECB, even though I was going nearly the speed limit.

The 1990 Global Change Research Act (see below) mandates its research finding be available to all federal agencies & departments.

Next week, #NASA Goddard Institute for Space Studies turns 60, and we are celebrating our anniversary with some retrospective talks on our history… and forward thinking talks about our future. I have been appointed to present “History and Future of #Climate Modeling”, so I’ve been interviewing many GISS alumni. The back-stories to the published development are fascinating. I’ve asked my boss to get a film maker to document these oral histories better. It would make a great documentary imho.
