Do you find enough students are familiar with the show itself to get straight into the dirt with it, or do you have to send them off with a DVD box set for a week first?

I used to RPG Stargate, too.
Though, I can't now remember what site I was on. I'm pretty sure it was waaay back in the Newsgroups, or possibly messageboard-posting days.

In German, we have “Meine Fresse!” basically “my mouth!” but Fresse is a rather rude word for mouth…maybe like pie-hole or something…and I think that’s beautiful.

“Uh” - he was close to her now, and he had a look in his eye; a look she recognised from their dalliance by the coolant valves, and from seconds before every order he’d ever given to run, or fire, or blow the whole damn place up - “How?”

“Call me ‘sir’.” His voice was pitched somewhere between an order and a request.

“On purpose?!”

I was looking up an AF biography template and saw what I thought was an AI generated image of Capt Picard in an AF uniform. No, that's actually the Chief of Staff of the Air Force, General Allvin. Im cackling.
