Losing a pet is a very difficult thing to deal with. I'll miss you Jenny. You weren't a good dog, but you were always there when I needed you. Thank you for all of the snuggles and support over so many years. And thank you for the warm nap laps! They were very cozy and comforting.

I keep seeing things about starter packs. Would anyone be willing to help me figure out where I can find those?

To a four year old, there is no difference between 62 and 28. If we're adults, we're old. #smartkid knew to apologize immediately after

"I'm just Fred." #Barbie
Not gonna lie: I'm a historian and I had no idea there was a second person on that plane. His name was Fred Noonan.

We've all been a Fred at one point in our lives 😂

One of the hardest things about #longdistance relationships is not being able to physically sit together for dinner. I just want to give you my food

#parentingwhilesick has to be one of the hardest things asked of humanity. Child I love you endlessly, ceaselessly. But will you please shut up so that my sick brain will stop pounding?

A repeat thought, Bluesky, & a Librarian told you this so it must be true 🤣

Audiobooks definitely count as reading (as well as listening). If you've played through an audioook, its perfectly fine to describe that as "I have read [x]"

All other forms of assistive software count as reading too 💙📚

Medical historian here to remind you of the benefits of #vaccines!

This is the final stage of tetanus when nerves fire continuously & body contorts into agonizing posture known as opisthotonus. The mastication muscles clamp down to form the hallmark lockjaw.

A vaccine didn't appear until 1924.

This is why reading is important. 50% of USians read so poorly that they are unable to perform simple tasks such as reading prescription drug labels. At least 45 million are functionally illiterate; 130 million more can't finish a children's book.
