OMG!!!! That’s a close call… thank God everything worked out well for you. I swear I am mentally and emotionally exhausted sometimes. She tried to eat bread and sriracha at 3am with hot water. (Toast & jam with coffee in her mind)

Living with a dementia patient is challenging. I can’t leave my mom alone for too long or she will head for the kitchen to attempt to heat something up. Stove or microwave??? Who the heck knows… so I gotta watch her until I can divert her attention.
