I think the Switch 2 era prices have really gotten to me, because games I'd otherwise be interested in I'm not even bothering getting myself hyped for.
Like I'm a Mario Tennis fan, the new one coming out this week should be a bigger deal for me.
But that CAD price immediately kills my excitement.

I don't think I'll ever completely abandon my Twitter but geez, coming back to Blue Sky really sinks in just how infected the other site is. This is such a low bullshit environment by comparison and everyone seems like they actually wanna be here. 😅

You know, I really do unironically enjoy Fortnite and coming back to it every other season or so...but HOLY SHIT, I wish I could come back when there isn't some no-aim, no-brain weapon that makes the game worse to play across the board.

Playing the new Sonic Racing Fesitival and I'm starting to see why the devs had to throw in more rewards to coerce people into willingly playing.

My Discord was finally locked back up after Discord Support noticed what was going on. I checked out what the hacker had done and he basically went scorched Earth with my account because I refused to be blackmailed by him.

You know if any two non-video game characters ever "deserved" to be in Smash, I'd argue it's these two because like what do you mean Goku and SpongeBob have extensive video game histories spanning multiple decades and developers.

I think my only real genuine takeaway from TGA beyond all the Expedition 33 wanking and gatcha games running Player's Choice is that I would've been happy regardless of if Mario or Sonic won the racing/sport game award. And I personally liked Crossworlds a bit more, fyi.

Man, by that logic, Expedition 33 is 9 times better than games like DK Bananza, Hades 2, and Silksong. Thanks for setting reasonable expectations, Geoff.

Oof, first season where I'm in the red with the W/L ratio. I try to flex but in practice, I almost exclusively end up playing support and tank. I hate these instalock DPS that can't actually lock in.
