We live p/t about 20 minutes from a huge rural wind farm. During the Big Freeze in Tx, we set out to drive far enough to charge our phones. Electricity in our town: not working. Windmills nearby: all turning, despite state officials’ claims to the contrary. The heater in the car was nice, though.

I’m opposed to everything Israel and its corrupt dictator have been doing, bud, don’t start that crap with me. But wanting Gaza to be free to self-govern does not equate to supporting Hamas. Israel supports terrorism. Hamas supports terrorism. Trump supports terrorism. I’m against it all.

I agree. Sure, sometimes it’s difficult to get it just right the first time, but this was much worse than that. When she couldn’t get it to work in your hand, she should have called someone else.

I was about to say 1952, based on the font. My mom worked for a newspaper in the 50’s.

It’s definitely proven technology now. I greatly value it, having installed it in four of my own properties over the years.

And Tulsi Gabbard, with her homestead exemption for a house in the Austin area. She then voted in Hawaii and indicated that she considers Hawaii her home, but was presumably told that the exemption offered her more anonymity and thus security. That’s 1)untrue 2) insane 3) and never happened.

Sorry to say I’ve been there and done that. When my parents moved to Houston in 1967 (then a much more conservative city than now), someone shot up our front windows. We never found out who it was or why they did it, so we just lived with the terror.
