I wasn't sure before but yup this is another Ford gov real estate play for the benefit of PCPO donors - only in densely populated areas where massive developer profits are to be made from fire sale land acquisitions of course, not in low cost rural areas.

I feel like learning a new language to add to my English and French. Spanish has great appeal. My fluency in French already helps me understand some Spanish. Knowledge of French would also help me with Spanish enunciation.

I was awake early, priming my brain cells and taming dragons, as I lounged in bed.
I've a love-hate relationship with AI. It's great for priming tasks due to speed and organizational abilities but sucks at reverse engineering.
To me it seems it to operate mostly in the "present populist" tense.
