This year, I would like to read 12 books and watch 52 films I haven't seen or don't recollect that well.
I'd also like some sort of job. That would be nice.
I'm not a big reader, and have a habit of comfort watching the same 30 or so movies.

How convenient it is for financial columnists and other elites of the world who depend entirely on the labor of others to write anti-UBI op-eds expressing the inherent value of employment. Oh no, what if we create a world of greater leisure and end poverty by seeing an inherent value of human life?

Why do we put up with such dangerous incompetence?
Housing? Can't fix it.
Health? Can't fix it.
Infrastructure? Can't fix it.
Inequality? Can't fix it.
Secuirty?Can't fix it.
Border poll? Can't fix it.
A century in power, and they can't do anything.
Vote them out, and keep them out.

one of the most mind numbing aspects of the epstein files is that this implicates so many people and feels like there needs to be massive consequences yet it feels underdiscussed. how is everyone not talking about all of this all the time

More of this please. It's very nice to see someone from the left with a bit of fight in them.

They're done. Finished. Toast.

It's time to legalise *and* regulate.

Heard a few whispers about Merino being injured but didn’t realise it was so serious - that’s a big blow. At least Havertz is back but we lose physicality and goal threat without him.

Can’t imagine Arsenal will get anything done between now and the deadline.
