Ukraine’s General Staff confirmed a strike on Russia’s Nevinnomyssk Azot chemplant, one of its largest producers of key components for explosives and munitions. A production unit was hit. The plant supplies much of Russia’s defense industry. Separately, 60 Russian troops were hit near Dokuchaievsk.

Was speaking to someone who has a very good knowledge of the WRU yesterday. He said if even only one member called for the AGM to be void on the basis that the requisite time period hadn't been met for the annual report, they would have to reschedule.
