Visitors can:

- Design a comic book–style PSA. We’ll pick some of our favorites to refine and run as actual ads on BART trains.

- Collect an exclusive FanExpo eki stamp for your BART Passport (and pick up a free Passport if you don’t have one!).

Taking BART to the expo? Take a selfie on the train to show you rode BART and get a free token for a spin on the BART capsule toy machine.

On the FanExpo show floor, BART’s booth will host hands-on activities and special promotions on Sunday, Nov. 13, only.

The Green and Red lines have both been restored. There is now direct train service Berryessa to Daly City and Millbrae to Richmond. There are residual delays as we restore normal 5-line service.
November 24, 2025 at 6:44 PM
We are recovering from delays that occurred when crews were on the track. The track switch issue remains unresolved and this service pattern will remain through the morning commute.

We have service at all stations but some riders will need to transfer.
November 24, 2025 at 3:17 PM
Due to the track switch problem near West Oakland Station all trains must be in road manual through that area (that means the train operator takes control of the train and not the computer). We canceled the Red and Green line to limit the number of trains through that area.
November 24, 2025 at 3:11 PM
We are sending crews onto the track to correct this issue and get the track switch in working order.
November 24, 2025 at 2:32 PM
There is currently no Red or Green line service due to a malfunctioning track switch near West Oakland Station. We continue to have service to all 50 stations but some riders may have to transfer to complete their trips. This is causing minor delays.

Our riders put the ART in BART. We love seeing riders' interpretations of maps, train carts, stations, etc. This piece was created by @mousefists on Instagram "sometimes BART is a magical place" 🪄

We couldn't agree more!

Normal service is now restored on the Green and Orange lines.
November 21, 2025 at 10:52 PM
Update: BART service has been restored between Hayward and Berryessa stations. All 50 stations are open.

Orange Line service is fully restored. Green Line trains are currently running between Daly City and South Hayward.
November 21, 2025 at 10:35 PM
There is no time estimate yet for restoration of normal service between Hayward and Berryessa/North San Jose.
November 21, 2025 at 7:28 PM
Update: The cause of the service disruption is an apparent act of vandalism that resulted in fiber being cut near BART's Hayward Yard.

The fiber cut prevents BART from being able to safely run trains. Crews are on scene making repairs.
November 21, 2025 at 7:28 PM
AC Transit has sent some extra buses to help get people from impacted BART stations to Hayward BART where they can board a train. Extra staff are at the stations to help guide people.
November 21, 2025 at 5:02 PM
UPDATE on the cause of this service disruption. Wayside equipment was damaged due to suspected vandalism.

We have crews working on the repairs now.

We don’t have an ETA yet.

And we have updated our Trip Planner to remove trips between Berryessa and Hayward to show accurate info.

Our trip planner will give Non-BART options in the impacted area: www.bart.gov/planner

Our bus partners @rideact have this great website that shows you what buses you can take from one BART station to another.

November 21, 2025 at 1:35 PM
We are working with partner bus agencies to see if we can get a direct bus route (we call it a bus bridge) established to connect riders to Hayward where they can get on BART. We are also exploring if some limited train service is possible in the impacted area.
More to come.
November 21, 2025 at 1:31 PM
There are multiple parallel bus lines that can help riders get to another BART station. We are sending extra staff to help at the stations with no train service.
November 21, 2025 at 1:24 PM
BART service has stopped between Hayward and Berryessa due to an equipment problem.
Riders in that area should seek alternate means of transportation.

Green Line trains from Daly City will go as far as Bay Fair. Orange Line trains from Richmond will go as far as Hayward. 1/2
