The Green and Red lines have both been restored. There is now direct train service Berryessa to Daly City and Millbrae to Richmond. There are residual delays as we restore normal 5-line service.

There is currently no Red or Green line service due to a malfunctioning track switch near West Oakland Station. We continue to have service to all 50 stations but some riders may have to transfer to complete their trips. This is causing minor delays.

BART service has stopped between Hayward and Berryessa due to an equipment problem.
Riders in that area should seek alternate means of transportation.

BART ridership continued to recover in October with the highest weekday average since the pandemic began.
Ridership was 10.7% higher than October '24, with an average of nearly 200,000 weekday riders.
The new Tap and Ride payment system & special fare programs continue to grow.

There is currently limited Green Line service between Berryessa and Daly City due to police activity at our Hayward Yard. Those traveling from Berryessa can board a Richmond train and transfer at Bay Fair to a Daly City train.
