The thing that shocks me most is that all of this incriminating stuff was sitting at the DOJ for 4 years and Biden & Garland were not cynical or ruthless enough to use it against Trump & Musk in the run up to 2024.

Within half an hour of when Deputy AG Blanche told reporters that DOJ "complied with the statute...we did not protect President Trump," DOJ deleted multiple documents from the database with damning information about Trump. Among those deleted were first-person accounts of Trump raping kids.

It’ll be interesting to see if Bovino gets a pardon on his way out. If he gets a pardon, that will only amplify people saying laws are being broken but if he doesn’t, oooooh boy are Dems going to have some fun when they take back power.
