I'm tired of right wing govts fellating the farming industry.

"Without farmers, the country stops" yeah but without teachers the country stops. Without aged care workers the country stops. Without shelf stackers the country stops. How about we give THEM massive tax breaks and bargaining power?

I know what you mean, but often it's tied to the KPIs of the customer service person. They don't get a raise if there isn't data to support their performance. I've been on the other side and it's like pulling teeth to get customers to fill out surveys. Surveys are the worst.
