Oh well, now you've got me dipping into my non-existent vinyl LP collection. Picking out two albums loved by a relative although the Nanci Griffith one is loved by my wife. The Rickie Lee Jones one my brother, Alan. However, I love them too.

Since we moved to Rothesay full time, over the last couple of years we had a number of guests at Hogmanay. This year will be no different except that instead of a YouTube playlist I'm going old school and it will be 100 singles playlist. Of course, me being me there has to be a box.

Bought this lot of singles on eBay for less than a fiver plus postage. They were described as mixed condition i.e. Good to very good. Overall, they're fine but some could be upgraded. #weekendsingles

Some cd pickups this week for #cdfriday. The one with the number 2 is part of a Skynyrd boxset. It was a freebie so happy enough with that.

Well for the final #AdventSingles day I've gone with something connected to the World Cup as Scotland will be there next year. Also, with two of my granddaughters staying with us over Christmas 'Nessun Dorma (None Shall Sleep) is quite appropriate. All the best to each and everyone.

Been waiting on this one to arrive all day. Bought it off eBay for £1.16 at the start of the week. The cover has some sticker residue but the vinyl is excellent. #AdventSingles Day 19.
