I'm Detocroix.

I started this BattleTech Community project in July 2021. Since then I have also organized and edited BattleTech Pride Anthology twice, I have made a lot of queer BattleTech art, if you've seen enamel pins, stickers, charity shirts, or some other BattleTech Pride stuff over the years, you've probably seen something I've made. I just want people to enjoy and feel welcome, I want people to feel safe with this hobby. I don't make stuff for myself, I make things for the queer community, I make neat things *for you*.

While what's going on in US doesn't directly affect me yet, I feel you and I fear for you. There's not much I can do, being this far away, I'm even in the Deep Ass Periphery of Europe. Things are going to go worse before it can become better, and I just want you to survive this. Please.

Even with all the rot going on, this place is here for you, this hobby is always for you. There's some amazing people who work for CGL who work on this franchise and they care for you too. There's queer communities that are welcoming where you can find solace and escape in, be it QueerTech/Pride Anthology Discord--our little home within home, or Star League. CGL Discord is also strongly moderated. There are places where you can go, and enjoy the hobby without being exposed to the rot. Just Bluesky is infinitely better than any other platform at this point.

There are amazing queer community projects coming this year, something to look up to; we're making Pride Anthology this year too, for the third time. Wild-Cat144 is making a comic anthology. Star League is organizing a Pirate Point fanzine. I know there's other projects too, and this year is very much going to be the queerest BattleTech year ever.

Outlive your oppressors, that's the best and worst thing you can do to them.
We are here for you, every single day, being stupid with BattleMechs.
Just don't give up <3

I love Flechs too, but I prefer the classic style sheets over the mecha in Flechs + this one has *everything* from warships to troopers to 'Mechs to ground vehicles, so kinda hard to beat that x)

It's a browser based recordsheet tool with all the bells and whistles, you can have pretty much any unit on it, and it has amazing search with filters <3

And yes, you can save and print forces via it too, and they come in the MM format <3
