When I was 16 years old, 51 years ago, the minimum was $3.35 cent an hour. 51 years later it's $7.25. It has only gone up $3.90 cents in 50 years. Let that sink in and ask yourself why and who could live off of that? I know I couldn't but not everyone had my opportunities for a college education.
