Another fantastic game at PAXU was Cataclysm Arcade from @bdm.bsky.social. It’s a CCG, but each booster is a playable.
It balances approachability and depth excellently. Resource generation like Hearthstone with an extra economy element that keeps the game moving. Hitting KS next year. Can’t wait.

PAX U was a good time, as usual. Tried @bdm.bsky.social new card game, seems fun, leans hard into a retro 80s theme, designed for multiplayer. I didn't play much else, due to time constraints, although I did get to jam a little Critter Kitchen (from the Flamecraft people). 1/2
