Don't post a rant about the AI bubble to LinkedIn, don't post a rant about the AI bubble to LinkedIn...

(I really want to post a rant about the corporate AI bubble to LinkedIn. It's not a blog, don't do it!)

And then he just wrote down a number at each border, and they both assumed it was correct

And treat President Zelenskyy with more respect!

Now that Mamdani's a powerful NY politician, Trump sees him as a peer who can be wooed, manipulated, and used. When Mamdani refuses to play ball, we'll be back to the usual "I helped him a lot, he rejected my friendship, what a hateful mean person who supports Communism & Jihad."

In fairness, nobody has ever looked at JD that way.

Laura Loomer makes several excellent points here. 1, that Pres Zelenskyy was treated shamefully by the White House. 2, that people should stop voting for GOP candidates.

Are you aware of what a sugar daddy relationship entails? Genuine question, because you seem unclear.

It should also mean working to dismantle the systems that force poor people to exploit other poor people in order to get by. If people can't afford to purchase ethically-made products, it doesn't matter how much they hate the system; everybody still needs shoes.

My t-shirts from the 90s? Still going strong, maybe a little bit frayed around the edges, but they're fine. T-shirts I got 3 years ago? I put them on one day and realize they're see-through now.

Despite never having been anything but fully remote, I have to do the Workplace Violence Prevention training every year. It's like ok, will this explain to Koshka how he's not supposed to smack me in the face while I'm working? No? Ok then.

First they came for AWS
And I did not speak out
Because Canvas was down and that was fine by me.

Then they came for Cloudflare
And I did not speak out
Because I didn't need the textbook website.

Then they came for GitHub
And there were no more internet services
For me to use to get work done.

Ok, but making that choice at 60 is drastically different from making it at 17. You get that, right?

Yes, tweeting through it is definitely the right approach here.

I can't even keep track of which digital infrastructure is fucked up at any given moment. Right now it's Cloudflare, last week or whatever it was something with Microsoft, and before that it was AWS. Cloudflare might have also been fucking up before. I entirely hate this.

If MTG wants to renounce her QAnon-style politics & work to actually improve the lives of all Americans, I 100% support her. So far, she just seems upset that Donald Trump is being mean to her, which just isn't enough common ground for me. Margie, he's mean to *everyone*, you're not special.

"This is completely shocking for everyone," but also it very much isn't.

Also, it's hilarious when conservatives experience consequences from the Administration's actions, and are all [shocked pikachu] about it.

Oh, they'd be fine with that, because they're ok with wasting money as long as it punishes people. I was in a FB argument with someone who explicitly said that he's fine with means-testing costing more than just giving people benefits, if it'll keep even 1 person from committing ~welfare fraud~.
