The DB redesign of Lisa and Krystal haven't gone as smoothly as it did for Vicki, butt managed to get a couple doodles that look decent. definitely need to keep experimenting and playing with it tho.

Just noticed her ears are missing lol. I drew Krystal first cause I thought she would be harder to draw but Lisa was super challenging despite fitting the style better. So for the challenge I try to design the character as if she would be designed back in the day. Lisa as a character is easier to do this with, but I couldn't figure out how to draw her in pants or shorts so I had to draw her in a dress like in an American tail which kinda feels like cheating lol Since Lisa is a lion I gave her some pretty big paws and hands. So Lisa is a very feminine big sister motherly chef type character so you could push that design more, she could also be fatter for contrast depending on if your designing her as a main character or another role. I knew Krystal and Lisa were going to be hard so I tried drawing Krystal as a feral/regular wolf first to get a feel for how her face should look, but also Krystal is inspired by the big bad wolf and Fenrir so her being a literal wolf could work. she came our more Disney or Balto then Don Bluth which is fine, it fails the challenge like the Vicki one but its important its still be recognizable as Krystal. So she came out really pretty, I gave her long legs, and I gave her a main and lots of chest floof

I have the past version of this book and everytime I am overthinking or feeling like I am not good enough/ready/etc. I pick up this book and it gives me an almost instant boost.

Every chapter is packed with useful tips. If you are working the courage to make a comic I can't recommend this enough!😁
