The age of the Poet is here. Forget the techbros, or the hacker black hats or white hats, the Poets are a hooded cloak away from deploying their poetic licences to put the assonance into AI, using their allusions & juxtapositions to halt the pernicious creeping unrealities of large language models

When they use all the water &/or get their electricity cut off?
6 or seven A.I. companies are keeping the stock market up(and the job market going down).Any bets on when that bubble will burst?

Living wages, a welfare safety net, & universal healthcare is cheaper, safer, and healthier for everyone than industrial imprisonment, but the US does what the US does...

Do we agree this paracetamol/autism BS is a Project 2025 ploy to further disenfranchise US women, blame them for a condition beyond their control, & actually endanger them if they don't take the safest medication available to treat fever while pregnant? But don't believe me, seek medical advice.

I walked a letter to the correct mail box across the street. My neighbour got a package, & left it at my gate just after I received a pic of it outside their door. Tight deadlines, poor map skills, or illiteracy bringing a street together via mutual mail exchange frustration. When do we get a cut?

This! So many still won't speak up and out about the truth. Never. Again.

Shaking my head in Australian. Is this a well regulated militia or an example of an army deployed by internal tyranny that a well regulated militia is meant to combat?
UTAH… this is not a game…

Looking forward to 2 Salty 2 Real, The True Salt Path exploring whether editors fail at due diligence to create opps to publish sequels to possibly falsified memoirs, which will then be infinitely easier to promote? It's a flawed business model, but it seems that's the theme of the entire industry.

Cat pee on the stairs sounds like a spy code phrase but it's just this evening's main event at my place.

Just keeping it real here.

You know the drill #melbourne there's been rain so watch out for flash floods in usual places (like the corner of the good kebab shop), expect public transport delays, drive to conditions (the weather not yours - check yourself for your condition) & mind the Montague St bridge.

Apologies if it seems like I'm only here to complain but, I'm in pain, it physically hurts me to go shopping, and when I have to go I thus attempt to ensure ahead of time the place has what is required. So yeah, I'm annoyed when said place does not in fact have the thing.

Australian retail websites: why they remain utter shiite, a thesis, maybe one day, if I can be bothered, which I can't, which is much like the websites themselves, they should be useful but can't be bothered.

Winter solstice weekend: car aircon is on after I went to the supermarket as it felt too hot and I have to wear a mask.

The sun is shining and every freaking vehicle has their too bright led lights on casting shadows everywhere.

Meanwhile, far away, bombs fall & starving people are executed.

Ah. The approximately monthly complaint call to Australia Post.

The call taker was kind, and frustrated on my behalf. We'll see what happens next.

Yep do this. And never, ever decide you can clean the gutters by standing on a ladder, unless you really want serious head, back, shoulder and hip injuries.
When I turned 40 I made a specific effort to always reach out for the rail on the stairs. Here at 56 it's now entirely automatic, and has absolutely and literally saved my ass several times.
My “you’re over 30” advice is hold onto the bannister. Stairs will kill you and not even look back
