I enjoyed Firing Line because it had Michael Kinsley as moderator. WFB did give voice to those whose policy positions he did not agree with. The GOP reactionary movement lives in a bubble. I used to be 60% liberal 40% conservative but there is no more conservative movement. It is pure reactionism

awesome, but what do you mean you park on the 7th floor? do you mean there is a 7 level or more parking lot you park at? that is great. i am not good a stair stepping which is why I do 4 5 minute sets. my best ability is simply walking. I can go all day because I have a Husky who can. i also bike

i am not saying this to brag, I got myself way overweight a few years ago and decided I had enough. i have 2 treadmills in my house, a full sized one in basement and this small one while watching TV

by the way, get a fitbit or some health tracker. now that i am 62 i know so many people my age who are in horrendous shape.
i do 50 sit ups twice a week, do 6 levels on incline bench for 250 total reps. i walk 14k a day, stair stepper 20 minutes every other day and strecth every day.

i have a full set of weights, 2 incline benches (one that does leg curls and lifts) a stair stepper, a treadmill, a stretching machine and just bought a weight-assisted pull-up machine. my middle son does it all on his own but the oldest quits easily. we also have a Husky that can walk forever.

my middle son is in Army reserve and is at a sleek 140 pounds, but my oldest just graduated from college and is looking for a job but he is way overweight and failed the Customs and Border patrol test because he couldn't do the required number of stair climbing in 5 minutes. i built a home gym

i am 62, walk 14k steps daily, lift and do 50 situps twice a week, do stair stepper every other day for 20 minutes but I am terrible at pull ups. I just bought a weight assisted pull up machine. i don't run because it is high impact but I know i have run that fast when I had to go to bathroom.

i was really debating on getting a Linux phone but the availability isn't that great and it is more for tech nerds. if it was as available as Linux OS for computers is I'd do it in a heartbeat. i can't stand Microsoft or android, both are so much slower. i have to get a brand new Android yearly.

my computer is a Linuxmint which is NONE of the above. I am pretty much stuck with an android phone though. I don't post using that though.
it gives you a ton of options with mint. it is also much faster than Microsoft.

I couldn't care less if Israel annexed the West Bank, but only if the Palestinians there are awarded full and equal citizenship.
of course there is another solution (the Puerto Rico-ification of it) PR has far more autonomy but no federal vote, its own Olympic team, flag, while being part of US.

You would not say Germany has the right to self-determination if the self-determination produces Nazism. I'm not saying Israel is Nazi. I'm making a point about self-determination as being the sole criteria for statehood of an ethnic group.
