We were so worried about if ‘games were art’ that we kinda forgot to support art games and build a cottage industry/support system that allows art games to be made sustainably (and written about sustainably)
Seems to me that the fact that interested people can’t find games they find interesting and maybe don’t even know they exist is (a) obvs true so dunking on it is dumb and (b) a massive fucking problem for the artform that the corporate sector of the industry has no interest *at all* in solving

Nyamakop has now had multiple museums reach out now to ask if we need more artifacts for Relooted, and if we'd like to 3D scan parts of their African collection.
It was very much not on my bingo card that real life museums would be asking us to fictionally steal their artifacts lol
