Toronto 🇨🇦 On June 2, 2006 the U.S. E.E.O.C., Miami, Florida in case #510200600705 issued me the right to sue my former employer under Title VII U.S. Disability Act. Also, I was targeted by Wikileaks on July 22, 2016. The retaliation continues to this day!

A Supreme Court win for the administration in the tariffs case would mean that presidents can simply declare emergencies in order to act without congressional authorization. In many instances, the president would be able to circumvent laws that would otherwise prohibit their actions. bit.ly/43OZTxQ

Lawyer: The Constitution, our framers, and 238 years of American history all say only Congress has the power to impose tariffs on the American people. Tariffs are nothing but taxes on the American people, paid by Americans. This case is about upholding the separation of powers.

Republicans are throwing a tantrum because Californians stood up to Donald Trump's election-rigging scheme.

Cry harder.
Mike Johnson: “I'll make a comment about the tragedy in California last night…It's just a blatant example of Gavin Newsom's immoral leadership and the fact that they will do anything to try to rig the system to win.”

We presented a clear picture of what’s happening to our economy and what’s being taken from us.It’s estimated that US tariffs, and the uncertainty they’re creating, will cost us around 1.8% of our GDP the equivalent of $1300 for every Canadian"

PM Carney: "In this budget, we're putting in place a $2 billion sovereign fund for critical minerals… That is as big as what the US and Australia put together—with a big announcement in the Oval Office a few weeks ago. We're doing the same, and we're doing it right here—because we have the minerals"

Oregon Attorney General: Trump's Solicitor General looked Justice Roberts squarely in the eyes and said the American people, not foreign countries, are going to pay 30 to 80% of these tariffs. And then he had the gall to say that these are not taxes on the American people
