We are not at war with Venezuelan drug runners, so the boat strikes are murder. Second strikes to kill the survivors are murder.

Everyone from the SecDef to the commanding officers, to the ones who pulled the trigger have committed murder.

Period.

Wile E. Coyote wouldn't have tried to pull this one
Genuinely hilarious. Please send it to China.

So if Trump manages to depose Maduro for being a narco, does that mean he'll pardon him because he's an ex world leader!

If sorry if feels like someone has told Trump that the killing in the Caribbean might be a bad thing for him. He's starting to prep to throw Drunken Pete under the bus.

Her Michigan, great job going for Trump last time.

I'm not really a math person, but how, exactly, do you lower prices by 800%?

I hope Pete likes the underside of a bus.

This.

The second strike is important bc AFTER that one, they started leaving survivors (plus, why the fuck can't Whiskey Pete's DOD manage to destroy a boat in uncontested waters the first strike?).

But all these are murder. Murder murder murder murder.
The first strike was also murder. You can’t just up and kill civilians on the high seas and then claim you were at war with them.
Reporter: If there were a second strike that killed wounded people, would that be legal?

Trump: I don’t know that happened and Pete said he did not even know what people were talking about. I wouldn’t have wanted a second strike. The first strike was very lethal. It was fine.

Tried watching Stranger Things when it first came out but just couldn't handle the 1980s homage stuff. I'm wondering if I should revisit.

If Microsoft wanted to make OneDrive more obnoxious I'm not sure they could pull it off. All I want to do is back the whole thing up to an external drive. There is no easy way to do so unless I have hundreds of GB of free space on my internal drive.

AI companies are spending obscene money to build out their tech, and companies like MSFT are stuffing LLMs into every product, which costs them in terms of compute spend. None of this scales. None of it makes business sense.

How do you decrease a price by more than 100%?
Trump always telegraphs what he's going to do ahead of time. Note the phrase 'We should win the midterm elections if....'. This is the beginning of the groundwork for claiming fraud.

LLM based "AI" is starting to feel like the 3D TV of tech.
"All of this falls apart if humans don't adopt the tech. This is why you've seen Meta cram its lame chatbots into WhatsApp and Instagram. This is why Notepad and Paint now have useless Copilot buttons on Windows. This is why Google Gemini wants to "help you" read and reply to your emails."
Analysis: OpenAI is a loss-making machine, how can it survive?
Don't call it a bubble! Loss-making monster OpenAI is on the hook for $1.4 trillion (with a T) in compute commitments. How can this go on?

Her parents owe their lives to the United States accepting them as asylum seekers fleeing religious persecution in Iraq in the 1980s. She wouldn't be here if we had not offered her family safe haven.

The hypocrisy is stunning.

Habba'sv family came to America as immigrants to escape persecution. Follow up question should have been, "How and why did your family come to America?"
