Sales musta been slow. The widely touted "increase in spending" probably has more to do with inflated prices than people buying more new things.
Maybe the pitchbots can rebrand "Black Friday" as "Bleak Friday."

Wow! Just got an email for "AI-powered pitching" which I instantly misread as "AI-powered bitching" and now AI-powered bitching honestly sounds more fruitful.

Truth.
My mother & grandmother taught me that all toast has a layer of butter under whatever else goes on it. Like a undershirt under a dress shirt. So proper & cute.
