I just can't with these people. If I hadn't spent 18 years of my adult life in the southeast USA, I wouldn't accept there are millions of brainwashed people, unthinking people, back-assward people, but I know there are. They are very real and willing to die for their belief.

This is perfect. The DOJ's embarrassing snafu with disappearing redactions was the fault of Elon Musk. Musk cancelled government subscriptions to Adobe programs that would have made the redactions permanent. What a pack of fools.

Let's set people up for mega debt before their brain is developed enough to plan. Let's take their beginning wages to pay for that debt leaving them without some form of stability (foodless, homeless, without medical care, etc)... put that carrot out of reach, then blame then for not even trying.
A smarter model for paying for college: income-based repayment. You start paying your student loans only once you earn enough to comfortably get by. That turns higher ed debt into something more like a tax surcharge on success, not a choke collar on people who are struggling.
