The unanswered question is whether the Trump administration worked in tandem with seditious elements within the Venezuelan military. It does not appear to be the case so far, but this is Day 1 and we know very little.
We're going to "run" a country bigger than Texas and with almost 30 million people by popping a handful of SAM sites and sending in a few dozen JSOC roidbros, I guess.

Seriously, the US has nowhere near the massive number of troops deployed that it'd take to actually invade and occupy Venezuela.
