I kept this Zillow listing for a duplex I once owned for investment/income purposes.

I doubled my money in 12 years on it. 100k in rental income too.

If I'd waited, I could retire tomorrow instead of never.

Nearly 300k higher now. I did put most of the proceeds into gold. So it stings less now.
