The “I’m never going to change a dumb conservative’s mind” to “I wasn’t friends w/these people in high school, so why am I ‘friends’ w/them now” to “this is just a repository for my photos” timeline.
Collecting “have a wonderful day” Facebook birthdays from people who have completely ignored the post I made the day before about a death in my family has made me realize that maybe I don’t need to be on Facebook at all anymore.
They succed where the Stones come up short. Shocker, honestly.
I will also say they did amazing work on Willie Nelson’s Sad Songs and Waltzes and Kenny Rogers’s Ruby (Don’t Take Your Love to Town). CAKE chooses their covers wisely.
Yes yes yes. His dead affect really sells it. ❤️ CAKE always

I like Macy Gray’s cover, too!

That came out wrong: I love that song, and that movie is a hoot, if dated, but many people in this thread have already chosen better things.
Not my favorite, but certainly a big childhood memory was sneaking up at night to descramble the HBO box and watching 10 and hearing Ravel’s Bolero.
