Not much has changed in my life time, from the shadow of WWII, Korea, Vietnam, The Gulf, Afghanistan... because the Military Industry owns the world's governments.
Humanity spends US$2.7 trillion a year on war.
Ending global poverty costs about US$300b.
Clean water: $200b.
Ending hunger: $50b.
Educating every child: $40b.
A safe climate: $800b.
We could fund all of it & still have money left over. We choose weapons, not life.

All the discussion regarding the Libs and Nats dumping a net zero target is distracting from the reality that net zero will not prevent catastrophic climate change. Only the immediate cessation of the burning of fossil fuels will give any chance of a liveable climate.

While attention is focused on the US and the Levant , in Aus Labor are proving they are captured by fossil fuel and Zionist interests. Party politics is not democracy. From the PM down they are all setting their sights post politics. Only community independents truly represent their electorate.

That was the schooling I had. I have been trying to re-educate myself. The more I learn of the true history of 1st Australians the more I know I have yet to learn.
