Something I realised is that when a lot of artists are asked, "How do I get better at drawing?" and most of us respond with "just practice," no one ever seems to give examples as to what that means.

Every time someone says they “only” use AI for references or composition it always ends up that the product is based off that. So I dunno who folks think they are fooling, like that suddenly makes it ok to use the automated theft machine cuz you added one more step.

I'm making an open petition to start calling anything once referred to as 'friendslop' as 'Jolly Cooperation' because I'm still not convinced friendslop isn't a psyop by big AI to try and defang the insult 'slop' so people take it less seriously when it's aimed at genAI content
