As far as I know, there's only one enforcement agency at the federal level not headed by a Trump appointee: Capitol Police.
They're empowered to arrest anyone violating a federal law at the Capitol or surrounding areas.
The Capitol Police could have arrested Pam Bondi for obstruction of justice.
