I need a server rack. And I have kind of an insane idea to disassemble some old 3D printers, harvest the aluminum extrusions and joint brackets, and see what I can accomplish.

As I beef up my home lab, I decided to take all of my unused Pi 4s, print a 1U rack, and each one is running an application to let me de-cloud and self host my own stuff.

Didn’t finish my Thomas helmet in time (and I wasn’t sure helmets would be allowed in the theater), but had a great seeing at #Interstella5555. What a great way to experience the Discovery album.
The use of AI for remastering was noticeable but didn’t totally ruin it.
