The team that made #FortuneWriter. The director is Zhang Zhiwei but I can't find who wrote the script.
The characters and story are very well-written. It's well-paced and has some refreshing takes on common tropes. I loved that the FL was the "villain".

As someone who enjoys flawed characters who make mistakes, who act on their emotions instead of using logic, who reject the easy path and instead make things more difficult for themselves, I'm really enjoying Love and Crown!

I may have spoken too soon lol! The general idea still stands about more episodes but unfortunately I did not end up enjoying AoL 🫣. Yang Zi and LYX were great though!
Watching Ashes of Love and it's making me wish even more that dramas could be 50+ episodes again, where there's more time to develop the world, the characters, the relationships. At episode 26, I'm not even halfway done, there's still so much story left to enjoy.

I finished Love in the Clouds! Really enjoyed the beginning and loved the middle (seriously some of the most satisfying fantasy genre romance I've watched recently). And while the last third felt a little rushed, it still had a satisfying ending.

Watching Ashes of Love and it's making me wish even more that dramas could be 50+ episodes again, where there's more time to develop the world, the characters, the relationships. At episode 26, I'm not even halfway done, there's still so much story left to enjoy.
