There’s decades of negotiations, monitoring etc to come for this to work.
Will this exceed Trump’s attention span or this regime’s expertise (remember they decimated the diplomatic corps)?

Trump has won 34 felony convictions as well as civil adjudications for rape and financial fraud. He is currently protecting rich and powerful pedophiles in the GOP.
