Today, at the Conference on 𝘔𝘢𝘯𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘢𝘥𝘷𝘪𝘤𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘳𝘦𝘥𝘶𝘤𝘦 𝘊𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘥𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘴, we heard the same blame-game song lines we have been hearing since the 70ies.
