Our parks & open spaces volunteering figures for April 2024–March 2025 are in!

An amazing 106,410 hours were logged, that’s the equivalent of £1,340,766 (based on the Real Living Wage of £12.60/hr).

A huge shout-out to all the volunteers in #Birmingham, your efforts are making a real difference! 💚

Friends of Stechford Hall Park enjoyed watching 2 during my guided walk today

Brum has a HUGE story to tell about its nature & how it improves the lives of its people!

Veolia’s nationwide orchard now stands at over 1,500 apple & pear trees! All of their orchards across the UK come from the same mother tree, making each individual tree part of a larger nationwide network. Applications close on Sat 8 Nov. Good luck!
