En fait la bêtise qu'on a fait avec la taxe Zucman, c'est de ne pas avoir employé les méthodes du gouvernement. On voulait 2% sur les parasites ? Il fallait demander 90%.
Et après deux mois d'engueulades, dire bon, ok pour 15%.
