I just stumbled across the Richmond VegFest last weekend. It was full of great food and live music…still, I do live cheese and meat so becoming a Vegan isn’t in my future.

I’m shocked to learn that the amazing Kathy Hepinstall Parks has exited this world. Her creativity and writing was inspirational to anyone lucky enough to know her. A friend of hers thinks that perhaps she chose to leave the pain more than she chose to leave life.
