Trying to imagine the ☀️ in Mexico today to give me some warmth and comfort.
Well, we did it! We conquered that challenge and ordered 11 times on Saturdays this fall and earned an 80% off coupon and $100 in DoorDash credits. Apparently several times I deserved morning donuts as a treat for the long work week. 🫠

So he can go hang with his donors at Mara Lago? What a horrible close.
My closing pitch to voters? “I will only live in this awful place if I rule over it”

I occasionally get on binges of trashy reality tv and whoa have I gotten back into it with Sister Wives. I’m still a few seasons behind but I am so ready for what is going down. 🤣

Where is he? If we stop asking, stop demanding his return, we are complicit in his disappearance.
Andry José Hernández Romero, I remember you, even if I do not know how to articulate my horror, rage, & sorrow at your treatment by my government.

No one has heard from you in 109 days.

As vigil, I’m posting a photo or video of you every day until you are returned from El Salvador.

Neighbor kids are outside playing basketball and laughing and sound like they are having so much fun and it reminds me of summer nights as a kid and makes my heart smile ❤️

Howdy! This summer I’m riding 545 miles from SF to LA for AIDS/LifeCycle and I need your help to earn my ticket to ride! If you’re open to donating, shoot me a DM and I’ll send over the link. Sharing this post would also mean the world to me!

A notes post because I don’t know how to do a thread here 🤣

Please donate to support me hitting my lifetime fundraising goal for the final #AIDS/LifeCycle 🙏

Less than $600 from getting my ticket for 2025! Getting into the second half of this training ride!
(And yes there are some nice rewards for donors! 😜)

Let the Sunday training ride commence!
I still need to punch my ticket to ride the final year of AIDS/LifeCycle and the charities need the money more than ever with federal grants being cut every week.

I can’t wait to listen to the entire album again. Each song pulled me in as it felt more and more like Gaga putting her mark on something that initially sounded of another era.

I’m under no illusion that a single day protest itself will significantly alter things. But at least with yesterday, I found it attracted the attention of some who otherwise hadn’t been involved in any form of protest or resistance and began considering the impact of collective action.

Amidst the madness of the country, we thought the house could use some internal chaos so we added two cats to an existing three. 🤪 More seriously, a dear friend, in declining health, needed her bonded pair to find a new home. So a big welcome Mateo and Lily. ❤️😻

I see posts about how gov officials should “resign” or “walk out” in protest of things happening but I don’t quite get the end game there…shouldn’t we want as many good, rationale people inside right now to do their best to stall, prevent, and generally provide some internal resistance?
