I like video games and politics. Communist. Chaotic good.

The cops don't exist to keep you safe. Their job is to keep you in line. Everything ICE is doing is consistent with that logic.

my man, you’re talking about the people who killed George Floyd
State and local law enforcement know the communities they serve. They’ve built the trust and know how to keep us safe.

As Minnesotans express their first amendment rights, I encourage you to remain peaceful and know that local law enforcement has one goal in mind: your safety.

Schumer and Jeffries still 100% behind ICE and refusing to apply any oversight, despite party outcry.

The killing of Renee Good by an ICE agent sparks outrage as Democrats debate funding for the agency. Should they use their power to rein in ICE's violence? Progressive lawmakers demand action, but top...

When will people start intervening to stop their friends and neighbors from being abducted by the gestapo? We're quickly getting to the point where filming a kidnapping and not doing anything to stop it makes you a collaborator.
Watch ICE agents brutally detain local MN artist Anna Brauch — she was later released and taken to the hospital bc ICE AGENTS BROKE MULTIPLE BONES IN HER HAND. This must stop now. #BlueSky #NewsSky #LawSky #PoliSky #MedSky

I need liberals to stop pretending that Trump is an aberration and isn't part of a continuity of US empire that stretches back centuries. 99% of this is consistent with what's been happening in this country for decades. If you didn't notice, it's because you didn't want to see it.
Please read this.

What if I told you that we're currently in a societal version of the Stanford Prison Experiment, except with actual fascists cosplaying as "guards" and no end in sight?

If you always expect Democrats to act like Democrats, you'll never be disappointed. They're all Nancy Pelosi and John Fetterman. There's no such thing as harm reduction in politics.
As I said earlier today, chants in support of a terrorist organization have no place in our city. We will continue to ensure New Yorkers’ safety entering and exiting houses of worship as well as the constitutional right to protest.

The US is going to completely destroy Venezuela in order to make it ripe for plunder by giant corporations.

“We’ve had our assets seized there twice, and so you can imagine to re-enter a third time would require some pretty significant changes from what we’ve historically seen here”

The CEOs of Exxon and Conoco are wary of returning to Venezuela. Chevron is ready to quickly ramp up production.

ICE didn’t just start killing people. The number of deaths from last year, 32, matched the previous record from 2004. The only difference now is that this is happening in white communities to US citizens. That’s why the brunch liberals are freaking out.

This is good, but nothing is going to change until the power structure does. The neoliberals that sit on the boards of all of these universities and steer the priorities of higher education need to be purged.

Asking Big Tech to do the right thing never works. This garbage needs to be regulated and fined into oblivion. The fact that senators are "urging" corporations instead of threatening to bring forth legislation tells you everything you need to know about who actually holds power in this dynamic.
New: Trio of Dem senators urge Apple and Google to enforce their own terms of service and ban X, Grok apps for their flood of nonconsensual sexual imagery.

I've repeatedly asked both Apple and Google about this for three days. They're completely silent, seemingly hoping the question just goes away.
Senators urged Apple and Google to remove X and Grok from app stores over sexual deepfakes
“Turning a blind eye to X’s egregious behavior would make a mockery of your moderation practices,” three Democratic senators wrote to Apple’s and Google’s CEOs.

I mean, isn't that the point? You don't want someone that's going to think critically about what they're doing. You want bigots prone to violence that are going to abuse their power to brutalize and suppress the population.
