A study by Dayforce shows 87% of executives use AI for work, compared to 57% of managers and just 27% of employees.

I think this explains the massive disconnect we see in how CEOs talk about AI versus everyone else. It also raises the question of how useful it truly is for frontline work?

What's everybody up to this fine evening? I just cracked open a nice bottle of rum (12-year-old Flor de Caña, for those who are curious).

Canada made weird tv shows because it was all being done with government funded art grant money so they fell in this wacky middle ground between “shoestring budget” and “no expectation to generate shareholder value” which is really the best way to make art

Massive shoutout out to whoever handles the Royal Canadian Air Force’s social media account. They responded to every single comment on their already very solid Trans Day of Remembrance post and they responded like this…

Turn up the car radio,
I picture us dancing slow,
With the lights down low,
And I’m holding you,
Aw, it feels alright.
It should be this way every night.

Got the vaccine double shot yesterday. No significant symptoms until I went to bed last night, and then my body heat woke me up every hour till morning.

A bit frazzled today.

No title, just four symbols and pure rock perfection — “Black Dog,” “Rock and Roll,” and of course, “Stairway to Heaven.” 🎸
