I’m not sure why I felt the need to do a time lapse of me making cranberry sauce I liked making it and felt the need to share it with you. So here you go.
I use fresh ginger, the zest and juice from two oranges, 1.5 cups of sugar, and 3 or so cups of cranberries.

There was also the partner of a STH, sitting behind us, at his first ever soccer game, yelling “CHECK HIS VISA” at NYCFC players. (He stopped after we said something).

I’d love to be mad about the Union and the Eagles blowing a 21-point lead to the Cowboys but I totally forgot that I had played my 5yo school’s square game fundraiser and I ended up hitting for two quarters and that is a net positive for my mental health.
